Summary: Lovely hotel. Some of the staff were a bit apathetic/not helpful especially the brown haired hostess at main restaurant. The pool also seems like it could use a facelift but rooms are well appointed and comfortable.

Summary: Another great stay in this hotel, makes it very hard to stay anywhere else when visiting Whistler. The property is always maintained and the staff is super friendly and helpful. You really feel the hospitality whether you are having breakfast, enjoying the pool, or dining.
